This site has no tracking scripts, advertising pixels or third-party cookies. We see what you send us, and we use it only to quote and deliver your project.
On this website
Pages are served by Cloudflare, which processes standard request logs (such as IP address and user agent) to deliver and protect the site. We don't run analytics cookies, ad pixels or embedded trackers.
When you book or buy
Booking a call, filling in the intake form, or paying through a Shopify checkout link means the scheduling tool, the form tool and Shopify process the details you enter under their own privacy policies. We receive your name, email, company and project answers, and use them to quote, deliver and invoice the work.
During a project
To migrate your store we access your old platform and your Shopify store, which contain your customers' data. We use that access only to do the agreed work, keep exports in access-controlled storage for the duration of the project and its fix window, and delete them afterwards. Access we were given is handed back or revoked at handover.
