A monthly Shopify plan: one ticket at a time, no calls

In short

One plan at $2,995 a month. You keep a queue of tickets in your own Basecamp project; we work one at a time and most come back in about two business days. Larger tickets get a dated estimate first. The first response comes within one business day. Pause when it's quiet, and cancel before the next billing date with no penalty.

How the queue works

Add tickets to your Basecamp project whenever you like, in any order; you set the priority. We take the top one, reply within one business day with questions or an estimate, and deliver with a short screen-recorded walkthrough. Then we take the next. One at a time sounds slow, but it means every ticket is finished properly before the next starts.

Each month includes a store health check: speed, apps, broken links, and a sanity check of B2B prices. Every quarter there's an app-cost audit listing anything native features or theme code could replace.

Pausing, cancelling, and the response promise

Pause anytime: unused business days carry over for up to 60 days. Cancel before the next billing date and there's no penalty; paid cycles aren't refunded, and work in progress is delivered through the end of the cycle. If we miss the one-business-day first response more than twice in a cycle, the next cycle is 25% off. The details are on the Pocket-Watch Promise.

After a Move

Every Move ends with a fix window (14, 30 or 60 days). When it closes, a Standing Order is the natural next step if your store keeps changing. If you're not on Shopify yet, start with the migrations, or see all prices on Pricing.
